Folios 267-268: Samuel Colquitt, HMS Princess, off Liverpool. Reply to letter dated 9 May 1808 with the enclosed application from R Irvin for his own discharge. States that he was impressed at the Isle of Man, received on board HMS Princess on 15 April 1808 and reports by the Surgeon he has no complaint which would justify his discharge.
Folios 269-270: enclosure. with folios 267-268. Petition dated 6 May 1808 by Robert Irvin, HMS Princess, River Mersey, to the Admiralty. Petition to be discharged due to medical conditions which have not been seen by the Doctor on board.
