Folios 251-252: Samuel Colquitt, HMS Princess, off Liverpool. Reply to letter dated 5 May 1808 directing him to discharge Thomas Lomas on finding two substitutes. States that he was discharged into [HMS] Betsey Cain, Tender on 20 April 1808 for the disposal of the Commander in Chief at Plymouth.
