Folios 243-244: Samuel Colquitt, HMS Princess, off Liverpool. Reply to letter dated 28 April 1808 directed to Captain Robert Mends and passed to him from John Carrow requesting his discharge. States that he came from the Rendezvous at the Isle of Man, has been 10 years at sea and fit for service.
Folios 245-246: enclosures with folios 239-240. Letter dated 25 [April] 1808 by John Carrow, HMS Princess, off Liverpool, to the Admiralty. Request to be discharged.
