Folios 239-240: Samuel Colquitt, HMS Princess, off Liverpool. Captain Robert Mends, Regulating Officer at Liverpool having sent the enclosed letter and affidavit from the Mayor of Liverpool, sent to him with your letter dated 27 April 1808. States that Robert Winstanley was impressed by the boats of this ship on 10 April 1808 out of a returned bound merchant ship but he has no proof that he was new at sea.
Folios 241-242: enclosure with folios 239-240. Affidavit signed by James Booth dated 25 April 1808 about Robert Winstanley. [Folio 242] H Blundell Hollinshead, Liverpool. To Admiralty. Dated 25 April 1808. Covering letter for the enclosed affidavit.
