Folios 328-329: William Charleton, Regulating Officer, South Shields. Matthew or Martin Rutherford and Jonathan Kell were impressed by Lieutenant Mitchell from the Nancy, London, Master Henry Brown. William Bell is not William Reed, who found a substitute and was discharged from the Texel as he was badly wounded in HMS Sally at Danzig in 1807.
Folios 330-331: enclosure with folios 328-329. Letter dated 25 April 1808 by Thomas Wooster, Coal contractor, London. Martin Rutherford, William Reed and John Kell of the brig Nancy should be dismissed as they have protection.
