Folios 302-303: William Charleton, Regulating Officer, North Shields. Robert Garlick, described, was impressed from the Daphne, Master Robert Dunn as he had no protection and his apprenticeship certificate was void because it had no name or date.
Folios 304-305: enclosure with folios 302-303. Letter dated 6 April 1808 by Thomas Powell, Sunderland. Robert Garlick is an apprentice of Thomas Nicholson of Bishop Wearmouth as in the enclosed papers.
Folio 306: enclosure with folios 304-305. Oath sworn on 6 April 1808 by Robert Dunn, Sunderland Court. Robert Garlick was lawfully bound to Thomas Nicholson of Bishop Wearmouth in September 1807. He has never been at sea.
