Folios 258-259: William Charleton, Regulating Officer, North Shields. Henry Jenkins, Mate described, was impressed by Lieutenant Dathan from the Two Brothers of Arundal, Master John Jarrett. This vessel had two brother both called Jarrett and both registered as Owner and Master.
Folios 260-261: enclosure with folios 258-259. Letter dated 23 February 1808 by Thomas Ferguson, No 3 Lombard Street. Is sending an affidavit from John Jarrett, Master of the Swan showing that Henry Jenkins, Mate, is bona fide and should not be detained on HMS Eclair.
