Folios 246-247: William Charleton, Regulating Officer, North Shields. Thomas Jamison was impressed by Lieutenant Mitchell and has been a Carpenter at sea since.
Folios 248-249: enclosure with folios 246-247. Letter dated 5 February 1808 by John Knight, Boro. Thomas Jamison should be released as he has not been at sea for two years and so is exempt.
Folio 249: enclosure with folios 248-249. Oath dated 23 January 1808 by William Hidley and Roger Foreman. Thomas Jamison is apprenticed to Thomas Henry of Howden and is employed as a Shipwright,
