Folios 195-196: William Charleton, Regulating Officer, South Shields. Mr Lushington writes about the Mate and two apprentices belonging to the John of Yamouth who went on the Eliza to Nore on 21st December.
Folios 197-198: enclosure with folios 195-196. Letter dated 4 January 1807 by Stephen Lushington. The John, Owner Mr Preston, was at Shields. Thomas Carter, Master and two apprentices are impressed despite them having papers to show they belong to the John.
Folio 199: enclosure with folios 195-196. Letter dated 8 January 1808 by Charles Ogle, Custom House, Newcastle. The John, Master Thomas Carter has been released.
