Folio 242: enclosure with folios 240-241. Report of character of warrant officers on HMS Orontes 31 August 1815. Warrant Officers - George Burney, Gunner, William Reed, Boatswain and William Byng, Carpenter. Comments - they have been inattentive to their duties and private characters very bad.
