Folios 232-233. William Fairbrother Carroll, HMS Cyrus, Plymouth. Lieutenant Harrison, is in ill health and unable to carry out his duties, as he informed Admiralty by letter on 28 August. Hopes that Admiralty will appoint Lieutenant William Bowes who has knowledge of the English coast and allow Lieutenant Harrison to stay on board.
