Folios 210-211: Benjamin Crispin, Retired, Lulworth, Dorset. In June 1814 Lord Melville put forward his son, William Crispin, on list of candidates for Royal Naval College at Portsmouth. Encloses certificate of his age and good conduct (not with letter). Note on reverse of letter states born September 1804.
