Folios 200-201: George Ralph Collier, HMS Leander, Woolwich. Refers to the Navy Board payment to him of £200 relating to the house he had whilst in command of His Majesty's Squadron at Pasajes on the coast of Spain. Also general comments on his accommodation and that supplied to other military departments at Pasajes.
Folios 202-203: enclosure with folios 200-201. Order dated 21 October 1813 relating to Captain Collier's pay whilst at Pasajes and also when in command of HMS Surveillante and HMS Porcupine.
