Folios 186-187: William Pryce Cumley, HMS Hyperion, Spithead. Confirms arrival at Spithead in compliance with Order of Admiral Viscount Keith, copy of which is enclosed.
Folios 188-189: enclosure with folios 186-187. Copy of Order given by Rt Hon Viscount Keith on board HMS Ville de Paris, Hamoaze on 11 August 1815 to Captain Cumley to proceed to Portsmouth and report arrival to the Admiralty.
