Folios 128-129: Francis Augustus Collier, HMS Grampus, Woolwich. Confirms that the late Purser, John Walker, had absented himself without leave and made Run on the Books. The current Purser, James Milner, has made up accounts. Asks for guidance on how to deal with the payment of some provisions and liquor that had been stopped.
