Folios 551-552: Francis Augustus Collier, HMS Grampus, Spithead. Reports his arrival under the enclosed orders from Captain Thomas Baker of HMS Cumberland. Also encloses a list of the ship's defects and [no longer present] a log of proceedings, report of officers, punishment log, sick report and a report on the ship's sailing qualities.
Folio 553: enclosed with folios 551-552. Copy of orders from Captain Thomas Baker, HMS Cumberland, at sea, to Captain Francis Collier, HMS Grampus, dated 21 June 1815. Capt Collier is ordered to take 54 American prisoners from the Cumberland and proceed to Spithead to deliver them and his own prisoners to the Commander-in-Chief, Portsmouth.
