Folios 279-280: William Cutfield, HMS Woodlark, Plymouth Sound. Requests the 'R' is removed against the name of William Markham, Able Seaman, explaining that William Markham was grated leave to go on shore to collect his Prize money and was so delayed by the Agent that he was left behind when the ship sailed. Advises that Markham reported to the Flag ship immediately and believes Markham should be entitled to his discharge under the recent Admiralty Order.
