Folios 293-294: Smith Cobb, HMS Onyx, Downs. Advising of his arrival with the Oporto convoy, and enclosing some documents. He has accompanied the ships to the Downs because of adverse weather conditions.
Folio 295: enclosure with folios 293-294. Defects of the Onyx 2 March 1814.
Folio 296: enclosure with folios 293-294. Return of the ship's sick and wounded between 4 February to 2 March 1814 - a total of 8 men, signed by Surgeon Roberts.
Folios 297-298: enclosure with folios 293-294: Copy of orders dated 2 February 1814 from Vice Admiral George Martin, Commander-in-Chief, instructing Smith Cobb to go to Oporto to pick up the homebound trade, with a memorandum (folio 299) of how to proceed.
