Folios 289-290: George Ralph Collier, London. Wishes to petition HRH the Prince Regent for a pension, in compensation for his war wounds and asks that the Royal College of Surgeons be directed to examine and report on the nature and severity of his injuries. Says he has addressed their Lordships on this subject once before, but had been told to wait 12 months from the time he was last wounded.
