Folio 191: Thomas John Cochrane, HMS Surprise, Bermuda. Sending a copy of the warrant for Thomas Edwards, acting gunner, and asking for their Lordships' confirmation.
Folio 192: enclosure with folios 191. Copy of the Acting Order dated 30 November 1813 and signed by Rear Admiral George Cockburn on board HMS Sceptre at Bermuda, for Thomas Edwards to take the position of gunner aboard HMS Surprise, as her own gunner has been appointed to HMS Goliath.
