Folios 170-171: John and Thomas Muade, Westminster. Enclosing a commission from Vice Admiral Sir Edward Pellew for Captain Jeremiah Coghlan of HMS Caledonia to remove to HMS Alcmene, and requesting confirmation from their Lordships.
Folio 172: enclosure with folios 170-171. Official commission from Sir Edward Pellew dated 9 December 1813, given aboard HMS Caledonia, Port Mahon, appointing Coghlan captain of HMS Alcmene.
