Folios 163-164: Charles Carter, HMS Corso, Gravesend. Acknowledges receipt of Admiralty order to discharge from the ship William Muir, if he is found not to have been at sea for two years. Says he cannot ascertain whether Muir has been at sea for more than 6 months since he has now gone down to the Nore.
