Folios 530-531: William Fairbrother Carroll, HMS Volcano, Port Mahon. Is sending a warrant for for Thomas Treyise Acting Gunner for good service.
Folio 532: enclosure with folios 530-531. Warrant dated 24 June 1812 by Arthur Kaye Legge, Admiral of the Blue, HMS Revenge, Cadiz Bay to Thomas Treysie, seaman of HMS Revenge. As Joseph Gray, Gunner of HMS Volcano, has been invalided, Treyise is appointed Gunner on HMS Volcano.
