Folios 404-405: Philip Carteret, HMS Pomone, the Tagus. Made good passage with HMS Hotspur and the convoy. Hotspur left when he reached the safety of Corunna and Ferol but a gale off Cape Finnisterre dispersed much of the convoy. He collected some together and arrived here and is preparing to bring a convoy home as instructed by Admiral Martin.J Cochet.
