Folios 268-269: Bertie Cator, HMS Actaeon, Woolwich. When he detained the Swedish brig Minerva she was an American with no bill of sale and with many American crew. He did not know of the treaty between Britain and Sweden. He took the Americans off her as he was afraid they would rise up against the prize crew he put aboard. Since the Minerva's arrival in England her owners have sent a bill of sale and she has been released. The six Americans were put aboard as well.
