Folios 244-245: William Croft, Regulating Officer, Hull. James Wright, Master of a river boat as he had no paperwork to show he was the Master.
Folios 246-247: enclosure with folios 244-245. Letter dated 20 March 1813 by Martin Rooth, Hull. James Wright is Master of the Aire to Calder navigation but he has lost his affidavit and has eight children.
