Folios 185-186: Cumberland, Cowes. Lieuteant Bowman went to Southampton to press men but had no success.
Folios 187-188: enclosure with folios 185-186. Letter dated 8 March 1813 by George Bowman, Cowes. He did press men from outside the public house but they were all cripples. He went to Redbridge and Northam but none of the men were impressable.
