Folios 183-184: Lucius Curtis, East Cosham. When in command of HMS Iphegenia, he took men from the Indiamen the Coldstream and the Larkin. Most of them were deserters from the Navy and those that weren't voluntered because of the 'bad treatment they had received'. They were put on board HMS Royal William at Spithead so he assumed he was doing as the Navy wanted.
