Folios 258-259: Timothy Clinch, HMS Osprey, Heligoland. Responding to an Admiralty request for duplicate of the reports sent previously, of enemy forces in the adjacent rivers; also thanking for his recent promotion and confirming that he will hand over command of Osprey to Richard Wales on 24 August.
Folios 260-261: enclosure with folios 258-259. Report of the enemy's force in the adjacent rivers, the condition and distribution of tke King's ships off Heligoland and the distribution of the Heligoland Squadron, signed by Timothy Clinch.
