Folios 248-249: Osmond Button, Hull Rendezvous. Regarding the impress of Edward Mitchell, with details of age and time at sea: also a letter requesting payment by the admiralty for his discharge from a merchant ship and stating that he is now on board HMS Solebay.
Folios 250-251: enclosure with folios 248-249. Letter dated 24 August 1812 from Jonah Cockerill, North Shields. Requesting approval to pay the stipulated sum for the discharge of Edward Mitchell, lately impressed out of a merchant ship at Hull and now on board HMS Solebay at Yarmouth Roads.
