Folios 543-544: Timothy Clinch, HMS Osprey, Heligoland Harbour. Reply to letter dated 21 February 1812 by HMS Gun Brig Blazer on 11 April 1812 and that on the arrival of HMS Britomart the reports required shall be forwarded. He encloses a letter received from a Merchant at Heligoland respecting the Enemy's force and request you forward the enclosed addressed to Admiral Young. George Hepburn [Merchant at Heligoland] Report on the Enemy's Force in the Elbe. [Gives numbers of ships and gun information and information on the Forts of Newark and Cuxhaven].
