Folios 534-535: Benjamin Carter, Regulating Captain, Cork. Reply to letter dated 11 April 1812 where you stated that Nathen Brion, Patrick Curran, Marcus Nensing [Mensing?] and John Hellerman were found on survey to be unfit for the Service, and that the former had been reduced in their ratings from Able Seaman to Landsman. States that these men were not raised at either of the Rendezvous under his Orders and the latter having been examined, were found perfectly eligible by the Surgeon.
