Folios 202-203: John Croft, HMS Prometheus, Sheerness. Reports that HMS Prometheus is now in harbour for a refit. As she is a very good quality and sailing remarkably well, and of a tonnage greater than most, he requests that it is completed to the sloop's complement. She will require very little work and her combustibles were all removed prior to her sailing from Yarmouth.
