Folios 168-169: Charles Craven, Rochester. Acknowledges receipt of the directions dated 16 July regarding the fitness of Lieutenants Dyer Bond and William Garrick for sea service. Considers they are unfit for active service, the first from a hernia and the second is much debilitated from some condition acquired in the tropics.
