Folios 626-627: John Colvill, Commander, Sea Fencibles, Margate. Says he was in a distant part of England when he received their Lordships order 30 December directing that Sea Fencibles Officers should be paid half pay when on leave, having been given leave 17-28 December. For the reasons stated in his letter 28 December was unable to complete his business. Asks can he pay himself full pay for the additional fortnights leave he was given, 31 December to 13 January?
