Folios 617-618: Samuel Colquitt, HMS Princess, Liverpool. Reports he discharged James Barnes who entered HMS Princess 18 October further on receiving their letter 5 December enclosing Grace Barnes petition for his discharge.
Folio 619: enclosed in folios 617-618. Letter dated 3 December 1807 by Grace Barnes, 47 Portland Street, Manchester. Her husband served at St Domingo. Her eldest aged fourteen eloped from her 16 November and went to Liverpool leaving her in great distress with her two youngest children. Asks their Lordships will look upon her fatherless children with pity.
