Folios 611-612: Samuel Colquitt, HMS Princess, Liverpool. Replies to letter 24 November enclosing one from G. Peel requesting the discharge of William Parsons, a boy. Reports having established the facts he’s discharged him.
Folios 612A-612C: enclosed in folios 611-612. Letter dated 21 November 1807 by G. Peel, Manchester. Writes for Richard Parsons on behalf of his son William, eleven years old now onboard HMS Princess, Liverpool. Says he can be of little use on board but was a great use to his parents. His father served seven years in the Light horse and became lame in Egypt having two small children and a sickly wife.
