Captain Mends, Liverpool Regulating Officer has referred their letter 17 October asking about the discharge of Joseph Derham, James McCabe, Patrick Kelly and Nicholas Fagon. Reports they were impressed at the Isle of Man following information from the Receiver General that they were Salt Smuggling. Seeks directions.
