Folios 502-503: Samuel Colquitt, HMS Princess, Liverpool. Reply to order of 10th for his Surgeon to examine men at the Rendezvous reports he’s three Lieutenants, six Midshipmen and thirty gangs which spread around a very large town would be difficult for him to visit along with his duties on board ship which they intend converting into a Hospital ship. He doesn’t wish to impede the Service only state what the Surgeon must perform.
