Folios 491-492: Samuel Colquitt, HMS Princess, Liverpool. Reply to letter of 7th with affidavit, application and Indenture from Mr Whitiley for John Henshaw’s discharge. Reports he entered as a volunteer and has run away from his Master. Returns documents. [Indenture no longer present].
Folios 493-494A: enclosed in folios 491-492:.Exchequer of Pleas, Westminster. Affidavit that John Henshaw is the apprentice of John Quin, Rope-maker, last Tuesday was impressed and on HMS Princess. Thomas Simmur, Rope-maker, Liverpool swears he saw Quin and Henshaw sign and seal the indenture. James Henshaw his father present. Sworn before James Whitiley, 4 July 1807.
