Folios 211-212: John Clements, Regulating Captain, Dartmouth. Reply about the number and size of vessels, obtainable for arming in the vicinity of Plymouth and Cawsand. Asks that ordinance and stores for such vessels is kept at Plymouth.
Folio 213: enclosed in folios 211-212. Captain Clements, 18 August 1807. Inventory of serviceable vessels under the direction of or obtainable by Captain Winne under Captain Clements’s orders from Gurnore to Rame Head, West of Plymouth. Reports all Lighters belonging to Public Office at Plymouth are armed.
