Folios 206-207: John Clements, Regulating Captain, Dartmouth. Reports the L’Elisa French schooner Cartel, Francis Mowan, Master arrived from Morlaix. Landed William Coates of Bristol and four ladies. Will forward the eleven sealed parcels for the Transport Board delivered by the Cartel’s Master.
