Folios 199-200: John Clements, Regulating Captain, Dartmouth. In reply to letter of 7th sends Lieutenant Collins’s return of deserters and stragglers detained since 2 April at Plympton. Was delayed in sending his return sooner as Lieutenant Collins had to correct a previous return because he did not fully understand their Lordships instructions.
Folio 201: enclosed in folios 199-200. John Bardin Collins, 14 July 1807. List of deserters and supposed deserters secured at Ridgeway near Plymton. HMS Espoir, HMS Colossus, HMS Pompee, HMS Rose, HMS Plover. Two sent to HMS Salvador del Mondo.
