Folios 191-192: John Clements, Regulating Captain, Dartmouth. Reports John Neil substitute for John Dyer, HMS Cambrian has since been found to have concealed violent leg ulcers below his ankles from the Surgeon who examined him. When HMS Redbreast arrived after cruising at Torbay he returned John Neil to the friends who procured him to avoid fraud and understanding John Dyer hasn’t been discharged from HMS Cambrian wrote to Captain Paget on the subject
