Folios 191-192: Edwin Henry Chamberlayne, HMS Ardent, Sheerness. He has twice had to punish Thomas Dunford, Master at Arms, for drunkeness. He returns his warrant and says that in his opinion Thomas Dunford is unfit to hold his position.
Folios 193-194: enclosed with folios 191-192. Warrant dated 11 September 1806 issued to Thomas Dunford, Master at Arms6.
