Folio 286: William Cumberland, Regulating Captain, Liverpool. In response to an Admiralty enquiry he states he knows nothing of the circumstances represented by Lieutenant Peek in his letter to him. In addition he details the pressing of Joseph Davis on the 12 February 1806.
