Folios 281-282: William Cumberland, Regulating Captain, Liverpool. Submits the weekly return of men raised together with a letter from Lieutenant Peek.
Folios 283-284: enclosure with folios 281-282. Letter dated 4 April 1806, Chester Post Office by Lieutenant George Peek to William Cumberland. Reports that he was illegally arrested by Mr Roberts, master of the Tranmore ferry for the loss of his boat in a heavy wind alongside the Princess, the boat subsequently kept by Captain Colquitt. He hopes to be able to resolve the matter amicably.
