Folio 471: Samuel Colquitt, HMS Princess, Liverpool. Receipt of letter asking him to state why orders to discharge Thomas Williams, sent on 10 [June 1806] were not complied with. States that he received 2 letters of that date, one of which was to discharge Thomas Williams, whose case had been stated by Captain Cumberland, and which was immediately complied with. However there were 2 men of that name on board, and the other letter directed him to state the cases of Thomas Williams, applied for by T Vaisey, and John O'Neil, applied for by A O'Neil, which he did in his letter of 12 |June [1806]. He has received no further directions about the 2 men who remain on board.
