Folio 370: Samuel Colquitt, HMS Princess, Liverpool. Receipt of enquiry as to whether regarding James Stephenson, a Sea Fencible, had been at sea before he was a rigger. States that during the last peace as he was out of work he went on one voyage to the Baltic. he has 2 young children and for 8 years has rented a house at 16 guineas per annum. He regularly paid taxes for window lights and inhabited house duty and has been in the Sea fencibles since the start of hostilities with France.
