Folio 368: Samuel Colquitt, HMS Princess, Liverpool. Receipt of a letter enclosing applications and indentures for James Stephenson from Captain Frazer, Frank McComisky from Mary McComisky and Donald Smith from T Ferguson. States that James Stephenson's cas is as stated by Captain Frazer, Frank McComisky appears very sickly and has only been at sea 5 months, and Donald Smith does not appear on his ship's books.
Folio 369: enclosure with folio 368. Petition dated 26 February 1806 from Mary McComisky, care of Mrs Gardner, 5 [Jashaver?] Court, Liverpool. She has 9 dependent children and has been a widow for 14 years. Her oldest son Frank McComisky was in a boarding house in Liverpool and was impressed. He is in bad health on board HMS Princess. Offers 2 landsmen as substitutes.
